- Oversees all infrastructure — KVM/Virtualizor hosts, Proxmox nodes, cPanel/WHM servers & networking.
- Designs & implements DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, backup & rollback strategies.
- Handles security hardening (CSF, Imunify360, firewall rules) & performance tuning (CPU, RAM, NVMe-ZFS).
- Manages Cloudflare DNS, MikroTik routing, and API integrations for billing & monitoring.
- Leads a small engineering team, mentors junior admins, and liaises with owners (Raju Mia) on roadmap decisions.
Bio
Atik is the technical backbone of BahariHost. With ≈ 8 years of hands-on sysadmin experience, he blends deep Linux expertise (Ubuntu 24.04, Debian, CentOS) with a pragmatic security mindset. He's the go-to guy for "why is my service down?" and the mastermind behind the seamless migration of legacy WHM sites to Docker-based stacks. Outside work he loves tinkering with MikroTik ROS, contributing to open-source monitoring tools, and grilling while sharing tech jokes with Raiyan.
